In
1993 a small partnership was formed that would later become the
foundation of CSI.
In the
beginning we were formed as a small private investigations agency
specializing in insurance claims investigations. As the agency grew our
focus expanded to court related products and services.
As we
progressed, we began to acquire more and more requests to locate and
process witnesses and difficult service of
process
targets. It became clear from those successful assignments that we would
eventually move from claims and focus on missing persons.
And in 1996 we focused our efforts and resources entirely on the bail
enforcement and extradition industry. And a Bail Enforcement and
Extradition agency was born. And soon after we realized our destiny as a
leader in the prisoner transportation services industry.
From our humble beginnings as partnership private investigations agency,
we have grown to a national prisoner transportation services provider
corporation, with a national client base consisting of criminal justice
agencies, bail bondsmen and women, bail surety companies, and attorneys.
Today we are a Tier Level 1 provider of nationwide prisoner
transportation services operating in every state of the United States
with ground and air prisoner movements, ranging from agency to agency
moves to special medical moves and high profile assignments. And
although we still provide bail enforcement services on a case by case
basis, we have focused our primary resources and efforts on prisoner
transportation.
CSI maintains teams and assets in California,
Nevada, Missouri, Texas, and New Jersey.
Our government
clients are local, county and state law enforcement agencies (Sheriff's
Departments, Police, and Corrections.) Our private sector clients are
independent bail agents, general agents, managing general agents, and
sureties.
Our mission is
to provide the criminal justice community with focused, first name,
friendly, reliable, and cost effective, nationwide prisoner
transportation services. And we will continue to carry out these
services with pride, integrity, humanity, and strength, through
knowledge. Our goal is to be the backbone of the prisoner transportation
industry. And our accomplishments have paved the pathway to the future.
