CSI is seeking Extradition Agents in Missouri and California. We are looking for applicants with law enforcement, Corrections, Military or Prisoner Transportation, or Criminal Justice experience and/or training. We offer excellent pay and benefits. Extensive travel is required of our agents.

Specific Requirements

CSI provides nationwide prisoner transportation services through its regional centers to local, county, and state law enforcement. Candidates for employment for our Prisoner Transportation Team shall meet the following minimum requirements.

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Reside in the regional area that you are applying to work at
• Have a background in law enforcement, military police, corrections, etc.
• Have previous experience in prisoner transportation (military / law enforcement)
• If no previous experience, must have a basic post or reserve post, or 2 years criminal justice education or military prior service
• Must meet the minimum basic requirements
• Have height / weight proportionate
• Be physically capable of carrying out the tasks and duties that are required.
• Have no medical problems that would prohibit your ability to
• Be available to travel extensively
• A firearms carry permit is preferred. However if applicant does not possess a firearms permit must be able to obtain one.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid commercial drivers license.
• CSI prefers applicants with a valid P.O.S.T or equivalent.

Job Description

CSI prisoner Transportation agents are tasked with the responsibility of taking charge of local, county, state, and federal inmates / prisoners for routine and specialized prisoner transportation and movement.

• Work in conjunction with law enforcement customers to safely and securely transport prisoners from facility to facility through our ground and air network.
• Work with a national team of extradition agents to coordinate transfer, care, custody and control of prisoners being transported.
• Drive company vehicles for the purpose of transporting prisoners.
• Conduct air transports
• Assist special operations with mass inmate moves

Pay  and Benefits

CSI provides excellent compensation and benefit packages to our employees. Employees that pass the 90 evaluation period receive full pay and benefits (benefits for full time employees only.) Probation period is one year.
